The organizer reserves the right to change/alter some of the rules mentioned here to ensure Fair Play is given to all participants. Rules are subject to change and players should review the rules of each game directly on the game link.
• Animenia will take place from October 23rd to October 27th 2024.
• The event will be held at the Manarat Al Saadiyat
• Wednesday (23th October 2024): 4PM - 12AM
• Thursday (24th October 2024): 4PM - 12AM
• Friday (25th October 2024): 2PM - 12AM
• Saturday (26th October 2024): 2PM - 12AM
• Sunday (27th October 2024): 2PM - 12AM
The offline tournament is open to everyone.
Competitors must be 16 years or older in order to participate from the tournament starting date.
Any participant under the age of 18 will require parental consent which may be requested by the organizer at any time.

• Any rule being broken may lead to disciplinary action. This action will be at the discretion of the organizer, and the situation will be taken into account. Punishment may include, but not be limited to, forfeits, replays, penalty points, kicks, temporary and permanent bans.
• All participants in any competition will be required to uphold the highest standards and observe common sportsmanship. Racism will NOT be tolerated. If you are seen to be racist in any capacity, then you will have action taken against you. Being abusive in any way towards fellow players or admins will also result in disciplinary action.
• The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant for violation of the terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
• Any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a Match Ban, or Ban from Events. Punishable unsportsmanlike behavior includes but is not limited to, excessive use of foul or degrading language. In addition, breaking any rule may result in a forfeit of a Game, forfeit of a Match, Verbal Warning or Ban from Events.
• All players MUST be contactable via email and phone number.
• No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the bracket is made live. Players must play at their designated time slots. Playing at a different time slot is not permitted unless approved by the organizer in writing.
• After the game is over, the winner can go to the prize collection table to collect his/her prize.
* In the case of a dispute or any issues, the organizer has the final say on all matters pertaining to the matter.
* The organizer reserves the right to request documentation proof in the form of a Valid ID or similar from players. The request will be done by Email or Phone. Failure to submit the requested documents, will result in the player being automatically disqualified.
* The tournament rules may be subject to change at short notice on the spot.
Players must show up on time for their matches.
Match preparations will be handled by the admin team or the administration team.
Score validation will also be managed by the administration team.
For further inquiries players must speak to a tournament official within the event.
These may be subject to change at any time prior to the tournament. Please refer to the tournament guidelines, rules and conditions in the game card prior to the game time.
• Participants must complete the check-in process for any registered tournament upon arrival at the venue.
• Registered players must check-in at least 10 minutes prior to the start of their registered tournament.
• Late arrivals may result in disqualification from the event.
Waiting List Process:
• Players on the waiting list must be ready to check-in at least 5 minutes prior.
• Waiting list player entries will be on a First-Come-First-Served basis.
• Late arrivals may result in disqualification from the event.
Prize Collection Timings:
• After the tournament is over, the winner must go to the prize collection table and give their information in order to process their reward.
• Prizes will be distributed to winners within 45 days after the conclusion of Animenia
There are no exceptions to the rules stated above.
• The event organizers have the final say on all matters pertaining to the event.
• Any disputes or issues will be resolved by the organizers, and their decisions are considered final
• By attending the event, all attendees hereby grant permission to the event organizers and their affiliates to capture, use, and publish photographs and video recordings taken within the event premises. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in any media format, without compensation or further approval. Attendees waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied.
